ROM Rehearsals & Last min preparations

26 August 2007 - Just some quick updates. I feel like an idiot. Why? Cos I was made to walk even slower than a snail!!!! Went down to Mandai Orchid Garden for a short rehearsal on Saturday. Bro Eddy briefed us about the procedure, of which Meowvin got mixed up and tried to confuse The Low Clan and I last night. It was 3 vs. 1 and yes, we won, lol. Ok back to what I was saying.

Yeah, we tested the sound system and it was working fine, except that the version we edited was too short for the march-in! Luckily I brought along the original CD! Was made to practice with The EL (my dad), and this is also The EL's first time walking so slowly... Got scolded so many times by everyone cos they said I walked too fast... I can’t stand walking so slowly when I know my legs can walk much much faster lor! Felt like an idiot last night at home when Mdm Yik (my mum) made me walk up and down so many times to practice. It ain't easy balancing wearing a pair of 4-inches high heels lor, not to mention she was super particular on every little bit, from the speed to my body language and to my facial expression! I think she should consider enrolling to become a judge for those silly talentime thingy. Sigh, I just hope I won't end up walking too fast on the actual day... Someone please save me....

31 Aug 2007 - Finalised our list of helpers for our ROM. Meowvin and I went shopping for wedding favours at Raffles City for the helpers. Don’t know why, but I realise for the first time that I actually enjoy shopping for things that do not belong to the shoe category!
